Shipping Policy

Here's everything you need to know about how and when your FitByVeda order reaches you. This policy is effective from 9 August 2025.
Service area
We currently ship across India and cover most serviceable PIN codes. Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may take a little longer. Please note that FitByVeda does not offer international shipping at this time.
Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after your payment is confirmed. We take care to pack every order well so it reaches you in good condition.
Delivery duration
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within approximately 3–7 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges
- FREE shipping on all orders.
Order tracking
Once our courier partner receives your shipment, we'll share tracking details with you via email and/or SMS so you can follow your order on its way.
Failed deliveries
Our courier partners make multiple attempts to deliver every order. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, it may be returned to origin. Re-dispatching such orders may incur additional charges.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, with items missing, or with an incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@fitbyveda.com. Our team will look into it and help set things right.
