5. Shipping and Delivery Terms

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped. We are not liable for courier delays, natural calamities, or other logistics issues beyond our control.

6. Return Policy, Exchange & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our supplements, the following policy applies:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Damaged, expired, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery at support@fitbyveda.com, along with your order ID and product images.
• Verified complaints are eligible for replacement or refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
